Fall “Brain Break” Student Social

Need a break?

Swing by to grab a yummy bevy and get creative. We’ll have a few hands-on activities to choose from:

• Build a craft felt scarecrow (we have 18 kits, so come early!)
• Decorate a Halloween cat with a fun sticker set
• Coloring

Have a project of your own? Feel free to bring your own craft to work on.

No artistic skills required. Supplies are first come, first served, so don’t wait too long to join us!

Hosts: Molly Asmussen (Student Rep) & Elizabeth Anthony (Region Rep North)

Image Description: A vertical event flyer with a dark green central panel over a photographic background of leafy plants and a cup of coffee. At the top, a white banner displays the FRID logo, featuring a green outline of Florida integrated into the large black letters “FRID,” with the text “FLORIDA REGISTRY OF INTERPRETERS FOR THE DEAF” beneath it. The center of the flyer announces a Fall “Brain Break” Social in mint-green and white lettering. It lists the date and time as Saturday, November 21st, from 11:00am to 1:00pm, at Lucky Goat Coffee Co., 10618 Deerwood Park Blvd #1, Jacksonville, FL 32256. The flyer invites attendees to take a break for coffee, community, and fall crafts, bring their own craft to work on, and notes that attendees are responsible for their own purchases.
