New Member Online Application

New Members: Our fiscal year runs from July 1st through June 30th of each year. If you apply as a new member during the months of April, May, or June, your membership will be extended to June 30th of the following year.

For Nationally Certified and Pre-Certified Memberships, your credentials MUST be verified before your application can be approved. 

ALL Pre-Certified members are required to submit appropriate documentation showing proof of your eligibility for this category. All documentation is to be emailed to the Membership Chair.
