FRID is bringing together an dynamic group presenters to bring you the latest in a variety of topics to feed your mind. This conference will feature three workshop tracks: CDI/DI-Presented, Self-Care, and Member's Choice, boasting an offering of 1.6 CEUs in one jam-packed weekend. We're thrilled to announce that a total of 1.3 possible CEUs are being offered in workshops led by Deaf interpreters and professionals. From Friday night's Deaf Professionals Terminology Panel and nationwide presenters Corey Axelrod, Jeremy Quiroga, and Shawn Vriezen to local presenters Jennifer Francisco, Shawn Norris, and our own president Kenneth Houghtaling, there's something stimulating for everyone! We're hosting this year's conference online via Zoom. This CEU-packed conference weekend will open at 9:00 am EDT on Friday, October 22, and comes to a close at 1:00 pm on Sunday, October 24 - just in time to certain annual continuing education requirements!
