Nominations Fine Print:

• Awards will only be given to FRID members in good standing. Nominees will have until 11:59 PM on September 8, 2018 to activate their membership. If nominee is not a FRID member at that time, they will be disqualified.

• All members of the FRID Board of Directors are ineligible for any of these awards and will be automatically disqualified.
• You may nominate yourself for any award.
• Only one nomination can be made per category per form; however, multiple submissions are allowed.
• Nominees will be contacted to accept or decline the nomination. If no response is received by the deadline 911:59 PM on September 8, 2018), the person will be disqualified.
• Nominations will only be accepted through the Google Form.
• Nominations will close at 11:59 PM on August 18, 2018.
